Family Ministry Assessment Tool

What is it?

House on the Rock firmly believes that to grow the church, you must first grow the family. But often the dynamics of the family are difficult for the leadership to assess.

The culture of the church has changed dramatically over the last 10 years. There are more and more single and blended families coming to the church for help.In addition, the number of grandparents parenting their grandchildren is on the rise as well. How do we get a better picture of the cultural climate of our church in an anonymous, non-threatening way?

We believe the first step is to assess the family needs of your congregation. HOTRFM has created a Family Ministry Assessment survey to assist you in this process. This tool is designed to give you - the leadership - key insights in four areas:

1.) General family information.
2.) Marital needs and warning signs.
3.) Family dynamics and needs.
4.) The posture of the church and the role it plays in the life of the family.

We can also customize the survey to include additional questions specific to your congregation. (youth concerns, church facility limitations, etc...) Contact us for additional information.

The Report

We can either provide you with the raw data and allow you to extrapolate the information within your leadership group, or we can provide you with a more detailed report including evaluations and recomendations. It is your choice

What is the Cost?
